CONVERSIONS: HEAD SWAPS

Here are a couple of simple conversions using just head swaps. Sometimes the simplest change can make a world of difference.

This is a Cadrusat adventurer for my RPG campaign. I used a Reaper mage and one of their Spirit figures for this. I simply sawed the heads off and transplanted them. The cut was so fine that the super glue sealed it and no hair had to be matched.

The "Protector Of Souls" body (Cadrusat) was used. I sawed off his head (to put on Callus Darklore to make Wastiche over there in the gallery) and stuck on a Skull Counter from Demonblade. Since the Skull Counters are made of real lead I heated it with a blow torch first to make it "droop". Now it looks like a Grey Alien mask. The animist hide their identity in my game world, so this is a nice golden mask for him to wear.

A Ral Partha Zykhee Death Dancer with the top of his head chopped off and the brain from Fortress Figure's Brainworm stuck in. The Brainworm was plastic, so it was easy to get it to fit. The armor was given a border around the join with epoxy like a belt.

This guy has the "brain" section from a Ral Partha AD&D Grell stuck onto one of their Abashai demons. The wings were not used so I added shoulder-blades with green stuff.

A nice little meanie made from a resin Alien model head and a Kryomek figure.
